This is, without question, the most poorly run pawn shop I’ve encountered. Prices on the sales floor are excessively high, as evidenced by inventory that has sat unsold for years—a fact supported by numerous other reviews. In many cases, it would be more practical and cost-effective to purchase these items new, complete with a warranty, rather than from a shop that offers no support for what it sells. Additionally, the staff's consistently rude and condescending demeanor reflects a clear disregard for customer service.
Love the gentleman that runs the place , he has always been so kind to myself and husband when we were struggling.
Offered me 100$ less than another pawn shop on Franklin did for my AR and everything is overpriced ANYWAYS. If you want an example you can buy a Stihl HS56 hedge trimmer at this pawn shop for 399.99... a whole discount of 30$ over MSRP for the benefit of NO warranty, A dull blade, and no idea if it'll work in a week, no returns, and rude staff. Great deal!
