Prices on the sales floor are excessively high, as evidenced by inventory that has sat unsold for years—a fact supported by numerous other reviews. In many cases, it would be more practical and cost-effective to purchase these items new, complete with a warranty, rather than from a shop that offers no support for what it sells. Additionally, the staff's consistently rude and condescending demeanor reflects a clear disregard for customer service.
