I highly recommend going elsewhere. This company uses unconventional loan options that are muddy from start to finish. I recently received a clear to close on a P&L FHA program, and days before closing they tell me investors have backed out of financing, so myself and all other clients who were on this program were left stranded. Thousands of dollars later with my deposit still in limbo, I haven't received so much as an apology. This company will go under in a matter of no time.
