Review is on male therapist and reaction from staff when I gave feedback Went back as had a brilliant massage by pim, they said they are all good and so I told them my concern with back issues and put me in with other therapist as she was not there. So disappointed I cut the massage short as felt like I could be doing more damage and anxious to be waisting money on being irritated by the same movements. who remembers the white woman that used to work here? no certificate or training! is that even legal? must mean everyone else working is untrained with no certificate. WOW!
The worst massage ever. Rude Paid for 90 minutes Got 70 minutes. Not with your effort or money. Plenty of other massage places to go to. Give them a miss
Book 1n half hour massage finish 15?mins before and so inconsistent with the same massage as before ,have been at lest 12 times here.but staff always coming n going from China and not the same experience unfortunately this place now is money driven and not customer driven !!! so disappointing won’t be back !
