Abrasive manner
I am a new patient of Elaine's and I have to say I am delighted with the service offered and the treatment received. In these COVID worrying times Elaine's approach has been exemplary and extremely re-assuring. Elaine recommends a KN95 face mask which is great and the treatment room is well ventilated courtesy of her open french doors with soothing views of a beautiful garden.
