This apartment complex is absolutely HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to move into with our almost 3 year old and baby on the way. He checked out this place for us and he really liked it. However, as the application process went on, they needed more and more personal information (if you get child support, if you went to court for any reason, how much is in your bank, birth certificates and ss cards ect.) King's Grant is conveniently located and a great place to live. It's close to everything. Shopping, dining and public transportation is just a few feet from my apartment home. The grounds are kept nice and it's a pet friendly Community!! Rents are affordable and the apartments have great amenities.
