not be slum lords and strong arm people out of their money. terrible management. lazy maintenance guys. all around a terrible experience. no parking ever.
RecommendedI have lived at Innes for two years now and this place is amazing. The apartments are really cool and super unique. The maintenance guys are top notch and when the rare occurrence of something going wrong happens they are quick. The office staff has been nothing but amazing to work with from the day we leased. The people who live here in Innes are wonderful neighbors to have.

maintenance doesn't fix anything my girls fridge is still not working correctly after they "claimed" they've fixed it nor is the dishwasher working correctly nor have they came and fixed anything else.... one of the closet doors that had a work order put in to fix never got fixed and it fell on my daughter... also there are racist people here and when they were reported to have said racial slurs... the lodge stood by and did nothing.... worst and I mean WORST place to live

Once they got rid of Danielle & Kim it got better around there but I still left in my eyes those couple bad apples messed it up for the whole bunch I just couldn't take it no more ... Between the Management, Maintenance, Tenants & and the fact that the property never stayed clean I had to go. ZERO STARS from me! oh yeah and some of those buildings had roaches
