We have always been pleased with Kings Furniture. We have never had a problem with them fixing any problem that we might have. They recently put our flooring down. At first I thought expensive, but when it was finished, what an improvement! Big box flooring may have been cheaper but as my dad use to say, "you get what you pay for". And we got the best! Thank you, Mike!
Our family has always bought our furniture from these trustworthy people . They've always stood behind their products . Very good family owned business and I will always buy from them .
The people are very friendly but beware buying from them. If something is damaged and they don't catch it you are out of luck. I bought a curio cabinet and had it a couple days. When I turned on the light I noticed a scratch that was very hard to see. I ask the people to check it out before delivering. If they did they would of noticed the scratch. I paid 1000.00 for a scratched glass and they are refusing to fix it. I imagine they think I did it but I'm not like that. If I would of done it I just would of not said anything.... read more
