I purchased a lift chair for elderly/handicapped. Great price, quality chair. Salesperson was easy and relaxed, no pressure. Delivery was seamless and pleasant. The associate set the chair up, made all functions performed properly. They offered to take my old chair away, but I did not need that service. I will shop here again. Good local business
My wife and I was in the process of looking for a new shower unit to replace our old one. We noticed that Kings Flooring carried The Onyx Collection. During the process of ordering the unit, the whole sales team was great to work with. Aaron was the main sales rep and contact that actually worked with us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Kings Flooring again. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE!!!
I went there a while back and debated even posting this but I feel like people should be warned. I was at the outlet store at kings furniture in Defiance by Kroger. I was wanting to purchase an armoire for my husband. I was on the phone with my sister and decided to FaceTime her during our conversation so I could get her input on the furniture.Mind you I was the only customer in the store.
