Horrible customer service keep in mind first time buyer they tell me if a pen is defective you have 7 days I return with the pen defective 3 days later they don't wanna return it because it's not leaking fully but taste like straight battery and Michael thinks he's smart saying people like certain flavors like that who in there right mind likes the taste of battery and McKenzie even worse smiling at me like it's funny no help what so ever and I definitely don't need you to tell me to have a great day when you can't help.
