bro answer the phone. how yall gonna ask for my money and not even answer when im tryna give it. This place delivers ghetto vibes at the finest.
I’ve got plenty of receipts proving payment and yet these scammers keep harassing me. Do not pay them a PENNY.
I called them and they have record of at least 2 payments they received from me. Yet they are listed on my credit report as not receiving any payments for the last 12 months.
They slammed my credit file twice for the same account, dropped my credit score significantly and the account wasn’t even mine! They are impossible to deal with on the phone & the person whose account it was they blocked efforts to collect. Very shady organisation…If you are looking for a reputable company for collections this is not it!!!
I dont understand how im in collections for a bill from 2009. Mind you I had medical insurance!
