They slammed my credit file twice for the same account, dropped my credit score significantly and the account wasn’t even mine! They are impossible to deal with on the phone & the person whose account it was they blocked efforts to collect. Very shady organisation…If you are looking for a reputable company for collections this is not it!!!
This agency calls people at their jobs. How do I know? Because they called me at my job. And it was regarding a debt for someone else. When they were informed that they had called a place of business - they didnt care, just continued to ask me questions. When they were told that what they were doing was wrong - they told me that they could call me at work.
