Have worked with King bee renting out our vans and the communication and expectation setting is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with. There’s no $ to gain in partnering with them

Hired a company who uses these guys for their company vans. They were supposed to transport items for us for a small move. For some unknown reason this company repossessed their van back with my items inside. The hired company showed me their attempts to locate my items and retrieve them and showed that this company ignored all attempts. This has seriously inconvenienced us financially and will require a massive reimbursement for lost time and use. I am valuing our items at over 5k.

I'd give the sales representative, Chad, 5 stars but this company is a total waste of time for small business. For all I know, they'll waste your time if you're a large company also. Twice-they wasted my time and money. They get all paperwork and approval going then you sign the agreement, pay the deposit, and get the very specific insurance policy (if you can even find a company to write it that way) then they change the terms of the original agreement to aggressive weekly payments with another charge of the first month upf... read more
