The Worst Experience Ever! I rented in hundreds of thousands of dollars worth with this company. At every step of the way I was nickel and dimed. They fraudulently charge at every opportunity, and no one able to help is available over the phone. Every phone number goes to "Customer Support." I have multiple cases that they overcharged me on, and the only reason I kept renting from them was because they were a preferred rental provider and I had no other option.
