They literally have the whole street to park in and choose to park where they are blocking our private driveway.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. These guys are practically predatory and will sell whatever you owe them to someone else, who then tacks over 300% on top of that. Terrible communication, no responses on emails, management is akin to people youll never get ahold of, and the absolute holier than thou attitudes are readily present through all aspects of the ordeal. Run. Kingbee is the most disorganized company with high turnover. We turned our rental in over two months ago and they refuse to return our security deposit. They are claiming the van still has not been processed. A lot can happen to a van in two months.
This might not have anything to do with you but I just saw a driver in your van in my neighborhood that made a complete stop. Amazing!
Worst company ever, zero communication, a lot of hidden fees and nothing transparent with them, and they charge the same as other companies so avoid them as much as you can!
