Terrible experience. First the truck was demobilized for insurance even after our agent sent paperwork in. Not to mention the requirement for coverage is huge when it was originally supposed to be included in the fee. Next the maintenance was supposed to be included but I was told we are now responsible and Might get credit for what was paid for the maintenance. Tried renting two vans for our company and were told that if we’re not the size of Amazon, they’re not interested. We’ve used their partnering business in the past, but this better-than-thou attitude left a bitter taste in our mouth.

Have worked with King bee renting out our vans and the communication and expectation setting is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with. There’s no $ to gain in partnering with them

Hired a company who uses these guys for their company vans. They were supposed to transport items for us for a small move. For some unknown reason this company repossessed their van back with my items inside. The hired company showed me their attempts to locate my items and retrieve them and showed that this company ignored all attempts. This has seriously inconvenienced us financially and will require a massive reimbursement for lost time and use. I am valuing our items at over 5k.
