After major surgery I have had limited movement in my left arm and shoulder. On recommendation from Haresh I booked in to have a massage with Jum. So glad I did as she has magic hands!! Jum explained that it may be a somewhat painful massage to try to get some movement back in my arm but yet the small amount of pain was nothing to the relief I am currently feeling and the extra movement I have already. Looking forward to my next appointment.
The massage was great. The deep tissue type I got on my back and shoulder was intense but what was needed.
