Hi Everybody This is my absolute and honest review on King & York Lawyers, specifically on Principal Solicitor Kamal Hamka who took on my criminal case. Kamal, there's no doubt you did a fantastic job, but I must be completely honest. It’s in my nature. My son was facing charges of assault and looking at serious consequences. A few years ago he had had a good behaviour bond for an assault charge. This time around he was facing another assault charge steaming from a night out with his friends. My son was convinced that he would be facing stern penalties this time around and was without hope, since it was very rare for someone to get away with two good behaviour bonds. My partner paid up front for property settlement services in January 2024, he has been unable to contact Nathan for the majority of this period and had scheduled phone appointments with Nathan that were missed and not followed up or apologised for. We have had no outcome and feel like we have been ripped off. If they don’t have time for you then they shouldn’t take you on as a client.
