I find King Spa to be a fun and quirky place to explore. My complaints are about my massage therapist. At some point I felt one hand sort of massaging me and also heard what sounded like a comb being brushed through hair, like she was brushing her own hair with one hand while trying to massage me with the other. 며칠전 친구들과 이곳을 방문했는데 여태껏 제가 받아본 마사지중에서 최악이에요,그분은 제가 허리가 안좋으니 허리를 좀더 신경써서 해달라고 했는데 그때부터 제말은 완전 무시하고 신경질적으로 저를 대했어요,가격도 만만치 않은데 더 기분나쁜거는 나를 흘겨보는그분의 그 커다란 눈빛이였어요, 나중에 친구들과 그날사연을 말했다가 저는 깜짝 놀랐었요,킹사우나에서 마사지 하시는분들중에 마사지 라이센스없이 일하시는분들이 계신다구,,그렇게 큰 사우나에서 어떻게 라이센스 없이 일할수있는지?다시는 그많은 돈을 소비하면서 라이센스도 없는 그런사람들한테 내 돈을 낭비하고 싶지않아요,
Excellent service
This spa was extremely disappointing and feels like it has never been updated since it opened. The experience went downhill immediately at check-in. The front desk staff member was rude, nasty, and unprofessional, with a clear language barrier. Instead of trying to help, she became visibly annoyed, sucking her teeth and acting angry, which was shocking customer service behavior. To make matters worse, I was charged over $300 twice.
