I was excited to visit ******** in Virginia on Sunday a long-planned outing with friends and my first time at this spa. Unfortunately, because King *** does not follow U.S. disability laws, I was unable to stay. Our barefoot policy is designed to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our guests. We did offer you non-slip shoe covers as an alternative but you declined because you preferred not to cover your new Coach sandals. We have had hundreds of guests use this alternative without any issues.We genuinely value your feedback and will take it into account as we strive to improve how we communicate our policies to our guests in the future.
Company racially profiled me and my family, also accused me of not paying for services. Mailed me a threatening letter stating that they would be filling charges against me and had the wrong person. After proving that i paid for service management gave me a half ass apology. Dont spend your money here!
