My good friend placed a Ubereats order for me. I got the Smothered Pork Chops. Collards, Mac & Cheese, side of Cornbread Dressing. The portions were very generous.The chops were not smothered just fried with a little gravy on top. While they were tasty, they were a bit tough slow cooked in the gravy would fix that problem. The greens were very good along with the dressing which had a sweet taste. Some gravy on the dressing would have been nice. The mac & cheese was a bit dry but tasty. We drove from Marietta just to try them out...my husband had the fried tilapia, macaroni and cheese and greens...the fish was fried perfectly, the Mac and cheese was good but the greens was too salty and really no taste..it needed some turkey or some kind of meat in it..I had the barbecue ribs, macaroni and cheese.. the barbecue was one of the best I ever had, but it was cold.. Omg. I had the King Breakfast and my meat choice was salmon croquettes. The best ever!!!!!!
Great food. Great value and I love the fact that they serve breakfast too. Been going here for years. My only "complaint" (I have no real complaints about this place though) is that the fried chicken isn't there every day. They have the BEST fried chicken!!!!

Best soul food / southern cooking in Atlanta. Love the breakfast (salmon croquettes, fish and grits, pancakes, toast, chicken, beef and turkey sausage, and more.) Love the dinner (smothered pork chops, turkey wings, fried and baked chicken, beef liver, neckbones, ribs, fish, cornish hens, mac and cheese, steamed cabbage, collards, yams, dressing, cornbread, and desserts!) Whew! Good eating. Family owned and operated!
The food was incredibly delicious! Definitely will be going back again!
