there was a fingernail clipping in my daughters lemonade at Starbucks and all I gave us was an apology and a refund they should have did a lot more with this whole covid-19 going on that's just disgusting
We bought packaged salami there today and it was rancid. When hubby went in for a refund, they refused to provide one - citing Covid as a reason.
