I love this store. I live close by, and it's easy to get to. People are friendly.
EXTREMELY rude security guy at the exit. He physically prevented me from leaving the store after I'd checked out, creating a line of about 10 patrons waiting to exit while he took his sweet time checking my receipt. This is a huge waste of everyone's time and money, and it's not an effective anti-theft mechanism, it's simply inconvenience and disrespect to your customers. Want to invest in real anti-theft policies? Stop paying these bullies to harass your patrons and lower your prices instead.
