Horrible Customer Service. I have been here a few times and the Employees always act as if they don’t want to be there. The Low ballers of Maryland should be the name of this pawn shop. Do not recommend, they will offer you maybe 3% of an item’s worth. This will be my last time here. The reviews don’t lie - with less than a 3 star rating.
Female worker Ingrid will low ball you with the items you want to pawn & will give price no more than 20$ to any item no matter what it is! They are supposed to look up the 3rd price of what the item was sold but Ingrid doesn’t bother to do so n check & im sure the other females don’t do it as well. CRAZY LOW BALLERS WORST SERVICE!!! Not exaggerating
Every employee works here,and the lady manger are very kind ,nice, awesome fast pase... Kudos to y'all
I seen sooo many good reviews which is why I went they tried to tell me my gold was fake took the best looking watch that they claimed was the only real one trying to only give me 25$
