A blink and you miss it place. But great price
Customer service called me a liar. After I reached out several times when my mom ordered the wrong sparklers for my wedding. Literally the order was made at 1358, I called at 1408,1410,1411 also sent an email on their website “contact us”. I called again at 1630 and finally got someone to answer. She had very broken English, yelled at me and tried talking over me, she said that I didn’t not call and asked where the email was that I supposedly sent her. False advertising: Their dessert sparklers claim to be "food safe certified." They are not. They are standard metal sparklers with no certification. I tried contacting them at info@ with no response. Needed to call a few times to get a hold of someone and still did not get to a resolution. This was for an order back in Feb. I left a review directly on their site with my concern and it was either never posted or I couldnt find it. Do no recommend - Don't know what else is described incorrectly on their site.
I've ordered specific "cake sparklers" (plain gold or silver as I use these for different events) from this company multiple times. All was great. I ordered the same product again and received nothing like I've ever gotten. Wrapper has happy birthday all over it. I'm sure the bride will love them. AlsoI scanned the back of the box bar code and it brings you to shoes.
