Jillian and her entire team are truly wonderful! My daughters have been there for four years and we have had an excellent experience. I have had my daughter in this daycare for a few months and I love it. The process from touring to signing up was quick, easy, and Jillian is very insightful and responsive. The teachers and environment are very pleasant and calm. I get daily updates with activities, photos, and feel comfortable talking with teachers to ask questions about my baby, etc. Especially since this is my first baby it's helpful to ask about any tips, or tricks they may have. My child did not attend this daycare. I called to inquire about any openings. The woman who answered the phone wasn't aware, so she asked someone in her proximity and they told me no. The next day I receive and email from Jillian about the open house and scheduling a tour. I confirmed it was the same place I called prior and explained what happened. Then got no response back. Seems a bit unprofessional and unorganized.

Kindercare KOP has a wonderful staff of teachers who really care about my kids. I know that when I drop them off in the morning, they will learn something new, have fun with their classmates, and get the attention they need in a safe and loving environment. Once I get there to pick them up in the evening, they are excited to tell me about their day. The staff have become family and my kids talk about them all the time! I recommend this daycare to everyone I meet.
