Worst experience in this store. One lady particularly had snatched a toy off my 6 year old daughter’s hand whilst shopping in store then had the audacity to lie and say that she asked once she was pulled up for it by us. My daughter was clearly distraught and crying and insisted she wanted to leave the store after her experience.. We were followed by same staff member whilst browsing and made to feel like we were criminals. Not including browsing, purchased only twice over 2 years. Two many. Staff were dismissive and resentful to explain return/exchange process. But the reason I reviewed is most recently my 12yr old daughter had toy items taken from her hand by staff while standing with me looking for Christmas gifts. Horrible, will never go back.
