If I could give zero stars I would. This company is horrible. You can’t get a return phone call back. You can’t speak to a manager. You can’t get on the phone with the GM Gustavo even after you leave multiple messages. They have no customer relation department to handle customer issues.You’ll never get a phone call back , you’ll never get updated. Worst company ever to deal with in my life.

All I’m going to say, is don’t go through them. If you choose to, then good luck! YOU’D BE BETTER OFF BUYING A HOOPTIE OFF THE STREETS, first time financing and I’m traumatized, THEY ARE RUDE, THEY LIE & will have you wishing you could teleport. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING & they have NONE. They’re already at a 2.0 rating, it should be 0. Which is how much respect I have for them.

If you need a car this is not the place at all.you will be safer with a bus pass.The unprofessionalism when trying to conduct business within the business becomes a verbal attack even when you are in the right. This is the antelope valley’s worst kept secret. They think they help the community they do business in when in all actuality they are setting the community up for failure. I could be a negative Nancy and put all the reasons why this does not deserve five stars, but because of my health reasons, they have been very understanding with extending my payment dates at times, so the five star comes from never cutting my car off while I’m driving my grandkids around And always willing to assist me
