I could be a negative Nancy and put all the reasons why this does not deserve five stars, but because of my health reasons, they have been very understanding with extending my payment dates at times, so the five star comes from never cutting my car off while I’m driving my grandkids around And always willing to assist me
HORRIBLE!!! I have been going thru them for almost 5 yrs and finally Feb 28th paid my car off was told me title would be sent out that I'll have to wait 2 weeks. So did just thaf and still not tired and I called back and got told my title was sent out March 11th. Here it is April 9th I called AGAIN and was told that they can send out another one or a lean that I can take into the DMV to get a new title which I will have to pay for because they're not sure what happened.
