Incredibly rude, condescending and unfriendly. I was looking for replacement posts for a large ramada so probably a good size order but 5 minutes with this customer service and I'll drive to Phoenix. Clearly not interested in doing business with me.
Steve did amazing custom work on 2 mantels for our home in Tucson. We enjoyed going into his shop and discussing our goals with him. Highly recommend him to others.
Steve and Co. are the best. If he would have turned me loose in there, I would have been there for hours. Hahahaha. Great selection, great service and he takes the time to walk you through everything. His finished products are all top shelf and ready for the finest home, or the craftsperson. I’m going to use some of his wares to make acoustic instruments. Mk is now my go-to source. 5 Stars!
We thought we knew what we were looking for but after consulting with the owner we were all in on having him create and install our new mantle. We are thrilled with the results. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It was a refreshing customer service experience!
We originally just needed a TV stand, but what Steve produced was so gorgeous we opted to replace the coffee table, end tables and console table as well. Could not be more pleased with the quality, timeliness and price.
