We purchased a King Living Reo Recliner set for over $10,000, choosing the best leather option because of the company’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, our experience after delivery has been deeply disappointing. From day one, the recliner had visible stitching irregularities and a misaligned headrest.
