Staff ignored me during the whole walk around, store had some more upscale products that can be purchased for just over 1/3rd the price direct from wholesalers. If some higher quality service from staff is provided I would believe sales will too
My mother and I have been dealing with king for over a year now and still they continue to be no help whatsoever. We ordered 3 cassia bar stools from king June 2024 and we still do not have 3 working ones. Their costumer service is beyond a joke and is quite frankly useless. As per the chairs one was not working so we contacted them the day that we received them it took a very long time for them to reply and nothing was worked out. Beautiful, quality furniture, great service and very prompt with follow up, but not pushy.
Had a great experience at King Living! Shikha Bhogal helped us out and she was super attentive. Showed us different bed frames, an office table and outdoor setting, and got pricing and colour options for us straight away. A few months later everything was delivered and assembled in about an hour and a half. The guys did a great job, even cleaned up and took all the cardboard with them. Quality I would say is a lot better than other furniture places out there. Really happy with the whole process – 5/5 from me!
Ordered and paid for a very expensive top of the range lounge. Received “a” lounge. Didnt feel like the one we tried in store. Also had some issues with armrest. Toole weeks and weeks to get a response from customer service. Scheduled a technician to visit. More weeks passed with no technician in sight. Called the store, Flav (the only one to deal with by the way) arranged a technician himself. It’ll be another 3 months for replacement parts. In the meantime the electrics are now playing up.
