Great product, very good in-store experience and the "back end" support was excellent, but the overall experience has been soured by an additional 11-12 week delay on delivery (on top of the 10 weeks initially quoted) and the actions of the AI support system, which is anything but helpful! Fantastic and professional, yet very personal service which met our needs. Highly recommend the salesperson Shikka. She was excellent.
Ordered and paid for a very expensive top of the range lounge. Received “a” lounge. Didnt feel like the one we tried in store. Also had some issues with armrest. Took weeks and weeks to get a response from customer service. Scheduled a technician to visit. More weeks passed with no technician in sight. Called the store, Flav (the only one to deal with by the way) arranged a technician himself. It’ll be another 3 months for replacement parts. In the meantime the electrics are now playing up.
