I had a bed delivered today. The right hand side bed head is faulty. Customer service advised me that I would have to pay for a technician to come out and inspect it! I refused to pay for an inspection on faulty goods delivered so they said they would not charge me the technician fee but I will have to pay for the new part to fix the issue! Do not buy from this company! This is the fourth time that I have been delivered faulty goods from King living. I don’t know what made me buy from them again.
Flavius is special- skilled and heartfelt. He considered all elements presented by the space and made excellent recommendations all the while being very thorough and precise. I felt very well supported as my interior decorating abilities are lacking. And he was gentle, kind and respectful. He is an absolute gem!
To our disappointment the sale staff have been extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to our request and questions as customers. Just because you work at KING living doesn’t make you QUEENS ! Please remember to listen to the customer and answer questions respectfully.
I purchased two beds and other furniture approx 6 months ago. The side tables on one bed is puffing up and a side lamp is not installed on one bed. They sent a replacement part for the lamp which is impossible to remove and replace. We even went to the showroom to see if they can show us how to do and it was not possible for them too as it was too tight to remove. We received first class customer service and assistance from Andrina Wright not only when we arrived in the store but throughout our encounter with her. She was attentive, friendly, personable and professional. Most notable she knew her subject matter and was not trying to up sell or pressure us for a sale. Her management team need to bottle her attrobutes and share them with all of her peers. Thank you so much Andrina.
