Ordered and paid for a very expensive top of the range lounge. Received “a” lounge. Didnt feel like the one we tried in store. Also had some issues with armrest. Took weeks and weeks to get a response from customer service. Scheduled a technician to visit. More weeks passed with no technician in sight. Called the store, Flav (the only one to deal with by the way) arranged a technician himself. It’ll be another 3 months for replacement parts. In the meantime the electrics are now playing up. I had such a fantastic experience shopping for my new lounge thanks to Hayley at the Adelaide showroom. She was incredibly approachable and knowledgeable,making what initially felt like a daunting decision so much easier. One of the things I really appreciated was how she took the time to help me design my lounge room using a programthat let me see exactly how the lounge would fit in my space.
