Very impressed with the cohesive intake process. The AI system used for initial call is helpful in getting details without being overwhelming. The emails are very good as well. I was hesitant about calling but only did so bc of the email I received later on and reminded me that I needed to make this call and not procrastinate. Thank you for your compassion.
