I’m extremely disappointed with the service at King Kullen. The store is listed as closing at 10:00 PM, but when I arrived at 9:50 PM, the doors were already closed. There were at least five or six other people who also showed up expecting the store to still be open. It’s frustrating and frankly unacceptable for a business to mislead customers about their hours. This is regarding the flower area and an experience I had in 4/11/25. Yesterday I went to pick up flowers for my sisters special occasion. I saw these peach roses I wanted but wanted to know if some baby’s breath could be added. I went up to the lady and asked her and she told me in a very weird tone that for $6 you can go get the baby’s breath and “they” can add it for you.
