Office staff was rude consistently over the 4 year period of hashing out my Grandmothers estate out. Lawyer was chosen by my uncle who was executor of her estate. He was okay to deal with , hard to reach , & dealt more with my uncle than talking to us directly. Which is probably standard , there was alot of us, but if you aren't knowledgeable about the process you should probably go with a more hands on lawyer .
