Bookkeeper retired. Sent my docs for a very small business to king. Things were a little shaky at first. No response no answer etc. I decided to stop by and check up on things. My mood could have been better. Priestly found me at the front and took my frustration like a champ. What can I say, they really helped me out. I have not filed taxes in 5 years due to financial constraints. I knew I was going to be in trouble, but they worked it all out for me. Ended up better than I expected and worked out a situation I could handle and get taxes paid. I would highly recommend them. I was hesitant, but followed the direction and the outcome was what they said it was
My regular accountant retired and sent my records to King Financial Services. I decided to trust them to prepare my taxes, turning my materials at the end of January with the deadline of mid-February. The person that was supposed to be helping me completely marginalized my account and ignored the information I provided explaining my situation and why I needed the materials early. Sandi and her staff are courteous and do their best to take excellent care of their customers. In addition, Sandi's knowledge of tax law is outstanding!
I started working with Sandi several years ago and originally had a great relationship. I even referred her to several friends and business acquaintances. Then I had her take over finances for my other company.
