I think the lady have issues with her brain talks so rude
The girl on the reception delivering payment is the dumbest person I would have ever met in my whole life. Atleast girl give full information to the persons visiting you so they dont have to come multiple times to collect the payment. Hope I could give you 0 stars. Learn to do your job efficiently so others dont have to waste their time.
