Terrible website, took 4 days to refer me to a lawyer. I needed a tenants rights lawyer and was paired with a landlords rights lawyer who wasn't taking new clients and didn't even call me back, almost a week after I first tried establishing contact. The king county bar association will flagrantly waste your precious time on trivial antics and pitiful case mismanagement

Third time they have scheduled an appt for me and NEVER EVER call when it’s time for appt. It’s such a disappointment because I canceled whatever I need to do during this time only for me to sit by the phone and wait for a phone call that will never happen. Go elsewhere if you really need advice
