A year and a half to finally get approval for senior discount. Applied for 3 years prior, as allowable, and never got approval for rebate on those years. Two years and waiting but as they can't even find applications, I won't hold my breath

During covid-19 this department did nothing to setup a program to help stop or slow down massive property tax increases on king county residents. This department did nothing to speak with their leadership and explain that raising taxes on avg $250 per month on over 800k owners may be a bad idea in this current situation. You have landlords with no rights, no small claim rights, no eviction rights, businesses being shut down meanwhile publicly held positions are not sharing the burden by putting their bloated salaries on unem... read more

Now normally I would comment on a place or services. But this team of people went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. And due to all that is going on it was nice to see humanity has not been lost.

Staff was wonderful No lines Early in the morning so paid parking had a lot of space Closest 30mins $10 1 block. 1hr $10 Smell of urine only 3/10 noticeable yet not overpowering Edit: smell outside not inside.
