I used to live in Springfield, mo and I've lived in smaller town down south and the stores there were way better kept up there than here. The parking lot is crappy and dirty, the store is crappy and unkept and if the stores are unkept, no telling what they do with the food. I will go further our of town spend my tax dollars elsewhere at a better kept up store than these.. Disgusting...!

Went in to get groceries and was told that they'd prefer it I wouldn't use self checkout insisting that point, even though using a normal lane adds 10 percent, which resulted in me having to put food back.

Every single time I try to use wic there it seems to be a hassle. Full lines with little amounts of employees who do not know what they are doing. I spend over an hour in there today while they tried re-ringing everything up. Totals were coming out different the first time I was overcharged as well. After 45 minutes of trying to get it situated their computer froze. They were gonna have to reboot it so I ended up leaving empty handed.
