Was at the Hospital. I called to be picked up. It was late, and I was tired. We just wanted to go home. There were a few cars that pulled up outside, to pick up some people. I called the number a few times to verify the car. I called again, and the dispatcher, yelled at me, like I was a kid, that got into the medicine cabinet. I said hold, hold on. Excellent experience using King Car Service. Dave was a pleasure to work with and accommodated all of our needs. Our driver was on time, drove safely and was extremely professional. Vehicle was immaculate. Will definitely use them again in the future.
