Bought an item that was advertised as one thing and received something different. Confirmed with their support before I opened the package that I'm receiving what I ordered as the package seemed a little small. They confirmed it was correct, and after opening, it was NOT. They declined an exchange and a return, when it was the company's false advertising. Would not do business with.

I ordered a 12x20 greenhouse that does NOT work as a greenhouse. It had gaps everywhere. It was also missing a lot of Velcro. I told this company that there product was defective and I wanted to return it. They have a ridiculous return policy even for defective products. They wanted me to pay for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The cost to ship it was more then what I would get back. I lost $530 for something I cannot use. I own 19 tents from this company. I only use their tents. I am a well respected Party rental company in the Raleigh/Garner area. Their poles are superior during light & windy days alike. I have never lost a tent in my 8 years I've been open. Here are some images of the great quality this company has provided me over the years! I only buy 18x20 & 18x27 size tents. The Canopy I purchased arrived new in the box without all the parts listed in the instruction manual and was missing several grommets from the Canopy. Customer service at King Canopy was not helpful and didn't even have missing parts in stock. I hope your experience with King Canopy will exceed mine.
