I’m very disappointed with the service and help from King Canopy. I tried to do business with this company starting with an email looking for replacement tarps that originally were made by Powell & Powell. When I did a Google, it appears King Canopy either bought Powell & Powell or the company was renamed. I asked in my email for tarps using the information from the tags on our current tarps P&P. Bought an item that was advertised as one thing and received something different. Confirmed with their support before I opened the package that I'm receiving what I ordered as the package seemed a little small. They confirmed it was correct, and after opening, it was NOT. They declined an exchange and a return, when it was the company's false advertising. Would not do business with.

I ordered a 12x20 greenhouse that does NOT work as a greenhouse. It had gaps everywhere. It was also missing a lot of Velcro. I told this company that there product was defective and I wanted to return it. They have a ridiculous return policy even for defective products. They wanted me to pay for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The cost to ship it was more then what I would get back. I lost $530 for something I cannot use.
