Services is very poor better be choose other company i had bad experiences with this company we call so many times no answer no communicate good business people's can't do that this very poor company
Quality wise PRODUCT and after sale service is very very poor. I got my brand new home blinds done from them. It's more than 1 year that I am calling them to fix few blinds that are not working well after few days of installation. First Sandeep keep making promise to fix than he reffered to Raja/ Rachan as himself moved out of province. Occasionally they pick up phone, make promise to come and we kept waiting. No courtesy call , no communication. When call back, no answer and no communication for next 1- 2 weeks. After mutip... read more
