completely rude and waste of time – These people are rude and completely not worth doing business with. I have never said go to a big business before in my life, but in this case I would. Just dealing with them and their parking spaces makes me wonder how horrible they will be. I emailed the office to let them know that some had been rude and got back not one but two threatening emails. (I was in the parking space before hours!)
