I was helped for a year at Kinetix and they became like family. I learned so much and really felt like they saved me, but the best thing is that from that experience I learned what I need, devised my own plan, and now work out at home EVERY morning for 55 minutes. Thank you Kinetix!
There are physical therapy places and then there are what id call wellness center. Every staff member puts real effort into making sure you are cared for while you there, they teach you ways to help with pain, ive not been to many places like this before. Its rare to find this kind of environment, where even the staff all seem happy and there because they enjoy what they do. Welcoming and positive atmosphere. Lesley and all staff are very supportive and knowledgeable about the care I needed to successfully reach my goals. Highly recommended for anyone needing assistance with their recovery.
