One star because you can't rate them otherwise. Totally disappointed. Pulled the driver from 200 this morning to cover a school bus run. Leaving my young daughter, who suffers with anxiety to start her first day back at her new school late. Thanks for making it a horrible day. Thanks for the notice. Thanks for nothing. The drivers are rude also. They see you running for the bus but wait till you reach the back of the bus and then drive off...even after you've waved at them.
Most of the bus drivers are excellent, but the woman driving the 201 at 9:20 am Thursday 18th of September was horrendously nasty. She couldn't stop repeating herself "hurry up" rushing me, making me fluster to find a street name that would have been found if she'd held her tongue and kept even a fakery of patience, refused the ride because I named the wrong street without even asking "did you mean ____?" Blatant disregard for roads rules from drivers. Cutting people off cause the bus was in wrong lane. Least indicated was coming across but ignored fact my car was beside him. Report to translink 10-15 days turnaround in complaints Typical of the sub standard so call professional drivers these people are supposed to be. Don’t want to send complaints thru to depot have reception staff trying to big note themselves
Abysmal. If I could give zero stars I would. The hourly 209 route is always late. Every single time. Sometimes half an hour late. Sometimes doesn’t come at all. At least the ticket machines are usually not working so you save your 50 cents. That the Qld government has contracted this clown show with our taxpayer dollars to provide public transport is a crime against the people of Townsville.
