Abysmal. If I could give zero stars I would. The hourly 209 route is always late. Every single time. Sometimes half an hour late. Sometimes doesn’t come at all. At least the ticket machines are usually not working so you save your 50 cents. That the Qld government has contracted this clown show with our taxpayer dollars to provide public transport is a crime against the people of Townsville.

Discusting waiting for the 204 bus stoklands from mount Louisa no 2.14 bus today oviously what a joke waited from 2 till 3.35 I was ment to get my daughter at 3 I've never delt with such a shit show of company how hard is it to be kn time everyday so kids can get to school and back
