I had a problem with my shoulder and a friend of mine suggested going down and seeing kinetic rehabilitation I went down and met Brett who had a look at my shoulder and told me what was wrong with it. I spent half an hour with him. and she made it feel much better. He said to have a few more sessions with him and I did and it has made it feel so much better. My place for rehab. Great staff.
Definitely the best physio I've ever been to. After I threw my back out and had to go to John Hunter Hospital I paid a visit to Brett who got me walking out of his clinic pain free after the first session, something I wasn't expecting that's for sure! He also gave me easy to do exercises at home to help with some issues I was having.
