Started stretch therapy with Bonnie 2 months ago. It has dramatically reduced my aches and pains, especially shoulders, allowing me to sleep better and recuperate quicker after intense workouts. I am a 66 year-old that works out 4 to 6 times per week with weights, plyometrics and running. Bonnie treats me at least twice per week and our sessions are the most therapeutic and relaxing hours of my health journey. Highly recommend!!!
