If you need any type of physical therapy, I strongly suggest schedule an appointment with kinetics Physical Therapy, l travel 35 minutes to there Media location, my therapist is Dr. Elliot Mason and I strongly recommend him!
Only had 1 session but after leaving i really felt like I could do this, Elliot was supportive, and patient with me and i felt confident
Dr. Fernandes is amazing! He is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I went in for vertigo, and after just one treatment, my symptoms are completely gone. I was able to interact with other team members and the energy is just so positive! Kinetic PT is now my go to for all of my physical therapy needs. Highly recommend!
First, I want to share that I work in an office job using the computer all day, so I sit a lot. Second, it has been a few years since I have been able to focus on going to the gym and staying active. Third, I broke my left ankle a few years ago and find that I unintentionally baby that side of my body. Therefore, the stiffness and mobility have become a big issue for me. Kinetic Physical Therapist Jenn was incredible. I have gone twice and it’s amazing how flexible I am after two visits. Jenn has given me a series of stretches to do between appointments. I am currently in training for a Sprint Triathlon. I feel stronger and able to complete my training workouts without muscle fatigue. I encourage anyone to take advantage of Kinetic Physical Therapy.
