I have taken the Kinetic Stretch program for more than two years. My changes have been dramatic. I no longer have chronic pain, and no longer take any medications. My primary care physician says that I have the flexibility of someone half if my age. Jenn is fabulous. She works with you to find just the right program with just the right intensity. If you need any type of physical therapy, I strongly suggest schedule an appointment with kinetics Physical Therapy, l travel 35 minutes to there Media location, my therapist is Mr. Elliot Mason and it is well worth it. I highly recommend them!
