Updated: After describing some of the exercises and information I have learned from Fawn Coussens at Kinetic Physical Therapy to my gynecologist, she said “Wow, you have an amazing pelvic PT! Era, my favorite PT EVER. She has a soft relaxing manual bodywork that releases painful muscles. I highly recommend this excellent small clinic.
Era is a delight to work with she listens to my issues and hones in on what my specific needs are. I have gotten stronger and have less pain. even people around me have noticed that I’m not hobbling around in pain as much.
I am 77. I had an injury involving my left knee that was causing consistent pain. I sought physical therapy so that I could resume taking long walks. After a disappointing experience at another PT facility, Kinetic Physical Therapy was recommended to me. It was like night and day! Both Era and Fawn patiently worked with me until the pain disappeared and gave me a tailor-made exercise regimen to keep me healthy for years to come!
