I highly recommend Therapist Megan Jansen, this evening I went in for 45 min deep tissue massage session, I told her of my back injury that happened to me 24yrs ago related to a farming accident. 47-M I have been seeing Jess for over 5 years and I have not had a better MT. She always takes time to listen to what I am experiencing and provides me with her insights and options about how to fix the problem(s). Most importantly my body feels improved after receiving treatment.
Recently had a prenatal massage with Tamara and it was amazing. I've been having really bad calf cramps so I asked if we could just focus on those. I've been to many locations in Spruce and even the Pregnancy specialized place in St Albert and nothing compared! *ps, they don't have a receptionist but they will come out and get you when they're ready!!*
Best thing I've done for my body and sore muscles, my husband and I both see Tamara and she is amazing. I feel like I've never really had a massage before I started going to her, and got my husband in to her as well and we both have nothing but praise to say about our experience. It's a great feeling to actually feel the difference and improvement of a massage . Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
