Good massage, seemed to find the spots
Renate is the most professional and up to date person in her field. I tried several people to look at my issues and Renate found the problem and sorted it straight away.
Renate is a magician. She asked the right questions on my first appointment to know how she could work at restoring movement across my whole body. Her knowledge of the body teamed with multiple therapy skills all came together for me when her hands could feel into the root cause. The release and relief was instant. Definitely 5 gold stars !
Wow, first session amazing. I needed information on how and why, Renate helped me with the questions I had about hip movement. Renate not only released areas of tension, also followed up with exercises for me to use at home. This is definitely going to be a regular visit for my stability and strength.
