I’ve been a member of Kinetic Credit Union, formally TIC, for almost 30 years and I honestly do not know why I continue to bank with them outside of the headache of transferring all of my account details and information. No matter what the issue is, seems their Members Service associates are never equipped to resolve the issue. I attempted to deposit my spouses payroll check via mobile deposit and the check was placed on hold.
