Visited this weekend Traveling manager definitely has some issues. Talks to elder staff and customers like they are beneath her. Very rude.

During my visit today, I came into the bank to make a deposit. While leaving I requested a new card since they now offer TAP on their cards. I’ve been a member of Kinetic Credit Union, formally TIC, for almost 30 years and I honestly do not know why I continue to bank with them outside of the headache of transferring all of my account details and information. No matter what the issue is, seems their Members Service associates are never equipped to resolve the issue.
