I’ve been a member of Kinetic Credit Union, formally TIC, for almost 30 years and I honestly do not know why I continue to bank with them outside of the headache of transferring all of my account details and information. No matter what the issue is, seems their Members Service associates are never equipped to resolve the issue. I attempted to deposit my spouses payroll check via mobile deposit and the check was placed on hold. The staff is awesome
Terrible experience. One of the managers was extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude for no reason. Can’t remember her name but had to be an ugly name to fit an ugly attitude. She was up front, older and had glasses I think lol, her tag said “______ manager”. Very disrespectful and she should not be in customer service if she is like that. Went to the other location on 13th, they’re ALOT nicer and helpful there.
