The Kinetic on Bankers Blvd has given me excellent service. They are friendly and caring and patient. Only one person has broken that mold and was so professional and formal that I felt belittled. Then it dawned on me how comfortable I was in their building. This lady was doing everything correctly and properly; but I was so accustomed to sincere smiles and help that a person doing a good job quite formally was still above most in this day and time. Kudos and thanks to all.

Visited this weekend Traveling manager definitely has some issues. Talks to elder staff and customers like they are beneath her. Very rude.
Bankers Boulevard Location on Manchester - I will say that today I had the most unprofessional experience with Cammie the Financial Manager. During my visit today, I came into the bank to make a deposit. While leaving I requested a new card since they now offer TAP on their cards. Over the weekend I had an issue with my card chip reader not working after their system going down last week Thursday, December 4th, 2025.
