Terrible experience. One of the managers was extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude for no reason. Can’t remember her name but had to be an ugly name to fit an ugly attitude. She was up front, older and had glasses I think lol, her tag said “______ manager”. Very disrespectful and she should not be in customer service if she is like that. Went to the other location on 13th, they’re ALOT nicer and helpful there.
I've had nothing but good service. They speak when you come in, they don't act like they don't want to help you. You get a personal experience, you're not treated like you're inconveniencing them. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
I had an account that I closed in November. They then opened that same account and forced me to pay a lot of money back to the bank or risk my credit score.
