Let's just say it's the opposite of helpful. I actually ended up going down a rabbit hole and learned that calling chiropractors, "DOCTORS" is very rich. They don't understand the root cause of anything, just fix temporary pain symptoms at a surface level and in my case, make things worse. Look it up people, you'll never go to one.
I swore I would never see a chiropractor. I was genuinely nervous about it, (and honestly I really dislike the sound of even knuckles cracking). That hesitation made me put it off for a long time, but seeing Dr. Vardy completely changed my perspective. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She takes the time to actually get to know her patients, not just their physical symptoms but the broader context of their pain and what might be contributing to it.
