I went to these folks for my elbow, and now will be going back for my shoulder. They are wonderful, and care about their patients.
They really care. Carol really helped me get strength back in my knee after an instability injury. I now have the ability to do lower squats than I have before and I can go up and down stairs with no pain. Thanks Carol and team at Kenisis! It's also SO NICE to have a local physical therapist in town and not have to drive into Hilo or Pahoa to be seen.
Strong smell of mold especially on the rainy days, you will be put in a room or cubicle for most of the your therapy sitting under a hot pack while they are either juggling other clients or loudly gossiping about news and other people. Enjoy
Carol is the best physical therapist in Hawaii. I am 68 and she brought me from nearly in a wheel chair to being able to walk normally. I know. After 4 spinal fractures and 5 knee surgeries it is magic ! 💜
